Single Level Living Can Be Hard To Find - Especially with Condos and Townhomes - Let's Explore Your Options!
One of the most sought-after types of living space is what's known as single-level or one-floor homes. In the single family market this is often a ranch style home as those have all the main living space on the ground floor level and then might have a basement to go with it. Short of this exact requirement, many prospective homebuyers are also seeking a primary bedroom suite that is located on the first floor. There are many reasons that homebuyers desire not to have stairs to deal with and those reasons vary from person to person, but it is certainly one of the most requested types of homes that we get asked about here at the Vermont Condo Pros. What we have tried to do here, is give you a convenient guide to some of the condo and townhomes associations in the Greater Burlington Vermont area that have single-level units within their development. Some of these are mid to high-rise "flat" buildings where you would take an elevator to your floor and then have a single-level home and some of these are developments where the style of townhome has a single-level design. A few of these might have a mixture of units, where only some of the units within the association are single-level and some of the units have a first floor bedroom. Remember that you can click "follow this development" to be alerted anytime a new listing comes to market in a specific complex that interests you. Are you aware of some that we might have missed?
